## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责辖区农险成本及品质，制定管控目标;
- 理赔制度指引、流程、实务细则制定;
- 负责辖区农险大案指导、理赔合规管理、业务操 作规范性指导、开展业务检查;
- 未决估损合理性评估、组织机构开展未决案件清 理，投诉上访处理指导;
- 农险科技应用落地推动; 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，农学、数学、统计、金融类相关专业优先；
- 对灾害评估标准有判断能力，对赔付成本的组成有较强的理解能力；

### 有较强的执行力、沟通能力，能适应短期出差； 待遇
- 6000以上，双休、六险两金，年终奖，年度体检
