岗位职责 负责本片区及下辖团队的发展规划、落实各项标准化建设； 制定本片区业务目标，通过渠道开拓、人力发展、网点经营等具体动作推动目标达成； 牵头本片区合规、消保、反洗钱等相关的合作机构管理工作。 任职资格 1.在金融-银行、金融、金融-保险行业， 2.担任银保销售管理经验。
