## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责理赔过程中医学专业问题的研判与论证，针对病理分析、医疗事故鉴定、伤情与事故关联性等事项出具专业意见；
- 参与复杂或争议案件的医学支持工作，提供专业技术判断与风险提示；
- 参与医学专业体系建设，推动理赔作业标准优化及知识库建设与完善。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，临床医学等医学相关专业，具备执业医师资格证书者优先；
- 掌握医学专业知识，熟悉理赔相关法规及标准；
- 具有3年及以上相关工作经验，熟悉行业政策及操作规范；有医院或鉴定机构从业经历者优先。
