## Job description

### 岗位职责 综合销售运营/行政管理的工作重点是销售分析和汇报，包括
- 选择、管理和培训销售人员相关系统、数据库和流程
- 订单处理和客户支持，包括告知客户产品缺货、预计交货日期、价格变动等
- 组织面向客户的销售研讨会和讲习班
- 管理销售印刷品和手册的库存
- 开展竞争对手研究，维护竞争对手信息库

### 准备客户咨询、销售趋势、客户投诉、交货/服务问题、退货理由等相关报告 任职资格 工作职责
- 负责本区域企事业单位团检等业务的的开发、拜访、谈判、签约，完成客户维护工作；
- 负责落实总部下达的市场开发计划，积极开发新客户，不断拓展业务渠道，及时反馈所负责区域内的市场信息及客户需求，完成业绩任务；
- 配合市场经理开展区域内的市场推广活动，保证各类市场开发工作的顺利推进；
- 负责管辖范围内的VIP客户检前事项代理工作，提升客户体验；
- 负责按时高质量完成领导交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格

1、35岁以内为佳，条件优秀可适当放宽； 2、全日制大专及以上学历，有三年以上体检相关行业管理销售经验，有一定客户资源优先； 3、较强的市场营销、渠道开拓和商务洽谈能力，良好的市场判断力，能吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强； 4、结果导向、目标感强，较强的执行能力，持续推动落地； 5、思维敏捷，具有良好的沟通表达能力和学习能力； 工作积极主动，具有团队精神和良好的服务意识。
