## Job description

岗位职责 （一）经营重点客群，推动存款和贷款业务。通过圈子经营、线上化经营、培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式，线上线下相结合达成业绩指标； （二）做好重要客群的银行服务，促进其体验及使用银行的产品及功能，提升其满意度； （三）通过宣导俱乐部业务（含权益、产品、激励方案等）招募有意愿的潜力会员，同时推动实现新获客、存量客户提升； （四）遵守各项法律、法规、制度，落实合规及风险管理工作要求，严格控制风险，确保重要客群 MGM业务健康发展。

### 任职资格 （一）学历要求

本科及以上学历（双证齐全）； （二）从业经验：具备金融行业从业经验、线上流量营销经营经验或基金从业资格者优先； （三）其他要求：较强的亲和力、沟通能力、人际交往能力、学习能力及敏锐的观察力，谈吐大方； （四）在原就职单位表现良好，无犯罪、重大违法违规或行业不良记录；
