## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责金融产品的风险数据分析，结合内外部数据，应用先进建模手段，建立小微企业信贷业务风控评分模型；
- 从个人征信数据、行为数据、互联网数据等出发，构建大数据金融模型用于贷款自动化授信；
- 跟进并监控风控数据、风险指标变化，优化模型；
- 熟悉风险领域现行相关模型的一些策略模型方法论，了解未来数据挖掘和分析的发展趋势。 任职资格
- 统计、数学、计量经济、金融工程、计算机专业等量化方向本科以上学历；
- 有租赁行业或相关金融行业2年以上工作经验；
- 熟悉使用Python，了解逻辑回归、决策树等常用模型,能够独立建立数据模型或评分卡；
- 熟悉互联网金融风控特点，对大数据征信和在线信用评审具有一定的关注和实践。
