## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责业务数据支持，完成业务分析，推动业务优化及方案落地，对经营数据进行分析和原因定位； 2、通过与业务部门的沟通，负责业务数据需求分析、设计、落地，为业务单位提供决策支持和业务分析。

### 任职资格 要求
- 本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机、精算、保险等相关专业，硕士学历优先；
- 对数据敏感、思维清晰、逻辑性强、具备较强的沟通能力；
- 有上进心，自律性强，具有良好的团队协作、执行能力；
