## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位名称

财务创新变革管理岗 部门：平安人寿-共同资源中心-财务部 汇报上级：总部财务部会计报告管理组副经理 工作职责：
- 协助推动财务流程颠覆性变革规划落地，支持实施计划的制定并定期追踪各协同团队的工作进展、编制定期汇报材料。
- 对接企划、精算等部门，基于实际管理需求，定期编制产出多维度分析结果。
- 编写系统优化改造需求文档、完成系统上线测试、推动系统改造落地。
- 负责部分财务月度结算工作、数据复核；新保险合同准则会计报表月度编报、财务报表附注编报及审核分析等

### 完成领导安排的其他工作 任职资格 任职资格
- 1、大学本科及以上学历优先，会计、数学、统计、保险等相关专业优先； 2、中级会计职称、CPA、ACCA持证者优先； 3、2年及以上保险、精算、财务、审计、咨询相关工作经验，有四大会计师事务所保险业审计或咨询项目经验者优先； 4、逻辑思维能力强，善于主动思考、具备较强的学习能力和沟通协调能力者优先； 5、具有较好的执行能力、多线工作能力和抗压能力者优先； 6、工作踏实，责任心强、良好的团队精神优先。
