## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责 APP 用户全生命周期运营（拉新、激活、留存、转化、召回）
- 主导千万级用户规模的运营策略制定与落地
- 搭建用户分层体系，推动精细化运营
- 基于数据驱动，持续优化核心运营指标 任职资格
- 5 年以上互联网用户运营经验，有千万级用户运营实战经验
- 完整操盘过 APP 用户全生命周期运营
- 有蚂蚁保、微保背景优先
- 数据敏感，能独立完成数据分析与策略迭代
