## Job description

岗位职责
- 机构调查业务的质量、时效、成本、投产等指标监控追踪达成；
- 参与当地机构的重案处理及特色调查渠道的开拓；
- 日常业务规范、流程、方案等培训宣导，信息安全宣导要求及执行；参与系统功能上线的测试，验证；
- 调查咨诉案件的处理、化解，追踪及复盘；客户的安抚工作及善后；
- 提调案件进行审核和分配，调查回销的审核，及理赔审核端的衔接；
- 对接调查供应商及日常的运营管理。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，医学、保险相关专业优先； 2、1-3年人身险理赔调查工作经验。
