## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照公司模型负责本组满编推动；
- 负责咨询顾问的培训和日常的业务辅导；
- 执行公司各项规章制度；
- 制定及分配小组计划，完成团队业绩指标；
- 协助咨询顾问处理内部关系、客户关系。 任职资格 1、全日制本科及以上学历； 2、2年以上金融行业从业经历，其中1年以上营销管理工作经验； 3、掌握一定的信贷知识、企业财务及管理知识、宏观经济知识，具有较强的市场开拓能力； 4、品行端正，无不良行为记录。
