## Job description

岗位职责 1.

### 核赔协谈

负责权限内案件的责任复核及沟通解释工作，确保案件处理的专业性、及时性及准确性；负责对客户咨询提供专业性的理赔解释；分析、总结理赔实务中的各类问题，提出专业性的改进建议； 2.

### 项目支持

支持并参与课件研发、案例编写及研讨、业务培训等项目性工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，医学、法律、保险等专业
- 具有较强的责任心，良好的沟通表达能力、人际理解能力
- 具有较强的逻辑思维能力
- 具有较强的抗压能力
- 普通话标准，具有普通话二乙以上相关证书优先
- 具备丰富的医学、法律、保险等方面专业知识，有理赔相关工作经验或保险公司协谈、咨诉等工作经验优先
