## Job description

岗位职责
- 为企事业单位提供员工综合保险福利保障等保险业务的咨询、方案制定等系列专业服务；
- 维护良好客户关系，做好客户服务工作，协助客户办理投保、理赔、保全等手续，提升客户满意度；
- 积极拓展市场，开发和积累客户，树立和维护公司品牌形象；
- 落实销售环节的反洗钱义务，包括但不限于客户身份识别、大额和可疑交易报告、客户尽职调查、反洗钱宣传培训等工作； 任职资格
- 本科及以上（条件优秀者可放宽至大专）；
- 金融保险类专业或有销售经验者优先；
- 勤奋上进，亲和力强，有良好的沟通表达能力，有较强的销售意愿 ；
- 有责任心学习能力强、有一定的抗压能力和团队合作精神。
