## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银行零售业务的综合拓展、营销，包括负债类业务和资产类业务；
- 在银行的渠道、客户资源基础上，挖掘客户资源，拓展业务，获取更多客户；
- 利用和协同内、外部资源为不同客户提供多方位服务；
- 根据自身能力和任职资格为客户办理相关业务，包括理财、贷款、代发、信用卡等业务；
- 使用数字化等先进工具和资源，通过线上、线下等方式，提高服务能力和客户满意度，提升工作效率和业绩。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 责任心强，积极认真，热爱金融事业，良好的综合素养，较好的沟通、协调和抗压能力；
- 从事金融工作一年以上 ，有银行工作或客户营销服务经验优先，具有较好综合能力者不受此限；
- 遵纪守法，没有不良嗜好 。
