## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接和维护支行分层经营的移交客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度，贵宾理财经理应定期将钻石及以上客户移交给私行金融顾问经营；
- 增加财富客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；
- 全方面满足客户需求，以资产配置方式，通过精准KYC向客户推荐合适的产品，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 积极配合和参与财富团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，提升客户满意度并积极处理客户投诉。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 金融/销售/客服从业经验 3年及以上，服务营销能力强，有财富理财经验者优先；
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有 AFP、 CFP 等理财专业证照者优先； 4.、亲和力强、有服务意意识和销售特质、责任心强、积极认真，抗压力强、沟通有说服力、纪律及合规意识强 。
