## Job description

岗位职责 1．搭建、维护当地政府关系，在与政府接触中挖掘政、农业务商机； 2．掌握政、农招标信息，制作标书，参与竞标； 3．提高农业保险中标区域承保率； 4．管控业务品质； 5．农网建设及农网团队管理； 6．负责承保理赔档案的完整性、真实性； 7．农商险业务需求调研、计提及业务拓展； 8．农网人员业务培训和指导，推动农网人员做好农险协办工作和农商险业务拓展，包括但不限于农险组织、宣传、承保、查勘及相关资料的收集等； 9．线上化推广，推动农网人员利用创保网APP等移动端工具开展协办工作，按照承保理赔要求将资料上传至指定系统，提高承保、理赔线上化率； 10．负责处理突发性情况，如农户上诉、上访时的维稳工作，同业恶意投诉、抹黑的问题处理等； 任职资格 1.专科以上学历，有1-3年销售工作经验， 2.担任销售管理、项目管理，
