## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助支行长做好厅堂团队管理，结合厅堂团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 负责网点厅堂人员的日常管理，包括业务培训、技能提升、岗位轮换和业绩考核、人才梯队建设等；
- 在总分行授予的职责范围内开展网点日常安保管理工作，及时、妥善处置支行突发安保问题。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上金融及银行相关工作经验；
- 具有较强的团队组织管理能力、统筹能力及全局管控能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险合规意识强，无违法违纪行为。
