岗位职责
- 保险中介市场的开拓和维护，助力机构达成保费业绩目标；
- 中介渠道业务计划的制定与分解，营销计划的制定与推动，制式化行销活动及激励方案的策划与推广；
- 对中介机构的销售人员提供相关培训支持。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历（特别优秀者可放宽至专科）。 2、具备保险公司中介渠道从业经验及资源者优先。
