## Job description

岗位职责
- 做好团队管理，结合业务团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 组织团队成员建立、维护和管理所属客户及潜在客户关系，协助维护高净值客户，提供高水平的服务；
- 对团队成员的客户经营关系做好日常分配和结构调整，提高效率、提升业绩。 任职资格
- 年龄40周岁（含）以下；
- 全日制大学本科（含）以上学历；
- 具有5年以上工作经验；
- 持有基金从业、AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先。
