## Job description

岗位职责
- 严格执行国家/银行规章制度，履行风险管理的审核要求及规则，保证业务的真实性和合规性；
- 严格执行柜面业务操作流程，履行业务流程的操作要求及规则，保证业务的准确性和完整性；
- 严格履行职责范围的业务授权/复核工作，强化业务操作的事中控制要求。根据业务制度及流程，由内控经理承担的授权职责及要求；
- 负责各业务岗位及业务品种的抽样检查，及执行总/分行的业务检查任务及落实整改；
- 负责支行反洗钱工作和各类实物管理。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有2年以上银行运营管理工作经验，熟悉银行柜台业务各项规章制度和系统操作流程，有支行会计主管工作经验优先；
- 积极进取、有责任心，具备优秀的合规意识和风险识别能力，抗压力强；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力；
- 诚信守法，无不良从业记录。
