## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 承担区域主办职能，深化当地政府金融业务的开拓和经营；
- 负责管辖团队的统筹管理，监督、指导及考核管辖团队业务情况，确保管辖团队完成具体工作计划和团队KPI目标；
- 负责建设和人才培养，包括产品、技能、政策培训。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 具有3年以上市场开拓经验，熟悉银行公司业务，具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力；
- 具有良好的思想品德及职业道德，爱岗敬业、遵纪守法、廉洁自律、追求卓越、勇于挑战、系统思维、目标导向，具有较强战略思维和领导能力，纪律及合规意识强；
- 有良好社会资源的可适当放宽条件。
