## Job description

岗位职责
- 对车险及意健险人伤案件进行追踪管理、受理咨询、调解协谈 、撰写协谈报告等；
- 进行医疗理赔案件审核，出具审核清单；
- 完成人伤案件诉讼、仲裁工作；
- 进行人伤案件申诉申请、沟通等工作；
- 完成公司指定其他客户服务工作，提高公司服务口碑。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，临床医学相关专业、法学专业；
- 具备较强的交通事故人伤专业能力、逻辑分析能力、沟通能力。
- 有C1驾照、能吃苦耐劳、抗压能力较强。
