- 运用资源引导部组绩效达标

### 营业部标准运作模型
- 分析营业部经营数据迭代标杆模型

### 机构督导推动
- 推动对口机构部组、功能组达标 任职资格

### 教育程度
- 本科及以上

### 相关经验
- 具备部组管理、企划、分析相关工作经验

### 专业能力
- 掌握营业部经营运作及相关推动经验

### 核心能力
- 数据分析及处理能力，报告撰写能力，擅长部组案例萃取及宣导
