## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．业务推动

代理人队伍日常管理，业务追踪, 客户分析及挖掘、重新投保业务推动及专业支持、业务政策、制度、方案的宣导实施、各类活动的组织和实施； 2．辅导训练：业务员展业辅导，新产品培训，制式课程授课，非制式课程的协助开发、组织、授课； 3．人力发展：准团长及团长面谈、举办增员活动、新人面谈及品质审核、新人持续活跃推动； 4．产品支持：提供产品咨询、展业支持、团体新保项目方案设计、询报价及标书制作； 任职资格 （1）40周岁以下。 （2）大学本科（含自考）及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至专科学历。 （3）品貌端正、身体健康，能够熟练应用办公软件。 （4）擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力。
