## Job description

岗位职责
- 针对综合渠道专员进行产品类及获客技能类培训及专员队伍管理；
- 综合渠道进行激励方案宣导，激励奖品兑现、执行情况通报等；
- 核对佣金费用，并对可能产生的问题进行沟通反馈；
- 综合渠道操作流程的规划及优化，渠道关系的维护。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 工商管理类专业学习经验，有2年以上市场营销经营的优先考虑；
- 市场营销、电子商务、保险等相关专业；
- 思维敏捷、沟通能力强、小团队管理能力。
