## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户咨询与服务
- 深入了解客户需求，借助集团独具优势的医疗健康服务和养老布局，深入了解客户需求，为客户量身定制个性化的保险方案及服务；

### 客户关系管理
- 建立并维护良好的客户关系，定期回访客户，了解客户需求的变化；

### 市场拓展与营销
- 积极参与公司组织的各类市场拓展与营销活动，提升品牌知名度，吸引潜在客户；

### 团队协作与培训
- 与团队成员紧密合作，共同推动个人及团队发展；同时，参与内部培训，不断提升自身的专业素养和服务能力。 任职资格 有2年及以上销售经验，有寿险销售经验优先，财经、金融、医学、护理等相关专业优先；获得行业、公司奖项优先。
