## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责网点营销及运营活动的操作风险、合规风险；
- 负责网点端重要物品管理 ，账户类业务开、销、变资料审批，督导柜员现场各类业务操作，组织柜员技能训练、业务培训；
- 完成网点各项反洗钱工作，负责网点重大事项的报告与应急处置。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年及以上综合柜面经验（具备同业内控主管经验、对公柜面业务经验者优先）； 3、具有钻研精神和服务意识，分析判断和沟通协调能力强，具有良好的风险管控能力； 4、熟悉分支行管理要求及银行相关制度、流程。
