## Job description

岗位职责
- 设计各业务部门前线员工职级体系和晋降级规则，建立员工职业生涯发展通道
- 设计各业务部门前线员工薪酬结构，满足员工安全与激励的需要
- 设计各业务部门考核体系，如月度/季度/年度提奖设计等
- 定期进行不同纬度的人力经营分析，包含人力投产、薪酬竞争力、流失率、费用率等
- 定期进行系统算薪功能优化，提升系统智能化水平 任职资格
- 具备薪酬、考核体系设计相关经验，熟悉薪酬管理工具
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，擅长excel等数据分析工具
- 具备较强的好奇心和进取心，愿意不断追求挑战和卓越
- 具备保险行业基本法管理工作经验优先
