## Job description

### 岗位职责 1、车险续保经理

依托公司资源，通过电话、网络等方式为客户提供相关保险咨询工作； 2、电销主管岗：此岗位为管理岗，必须有同业相关工作经验。维护公司前期合作客户，按标准进行跟踪和管理。 3、.按照标准作业模式，做好客户售前、售中及售后服务；其他日常工作。 4、 基于项目和用户需求分析，综合竞争对手动态和市场动态，整合各类需求，合理规划工作； 任职资格 1、岗位要求：大专及以上学历，实习生亦可，有团队管理相关工作经验者优先；年龄18-39岁。 2、具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，具有沟通协作、担当精神，一定执行力及结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，有一定的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备。
