## Job description

岗位职责

### 日常行政
- 负责公司日常行政管理工作，包含办公环境维护、办公用品采购、登记、发放与库存管理、固定资产盘点、办公设备维护对接，保障公司日常办公高效有序运转。

### 文件与档案管理
- 负责公司各类合同（经纪人合同外）、资料、行政文件、合规资料的整理、分类、归档、电子化录入与保管；负责公文、通知、公告的草拟、排版、下发，保证文件规范、严谨、合规。

### 会议与接待管理
- 负责公司各类管理会议的前期筹备、场地布置、会议通知、会议记录、纪要整理、资料留存；负责来访客户、合作机构、应聘人员的前台接待、登记与对接工作，维护公司对外专业形象。

### 人事内勤辅助
- 协助开展基础人事工作，包含招聘简历筛选、面试预约、人员入职资料收集、考勤统计、排班汇总、员工档案更新、团建活动组织落地，配合完成团队日常后勤保障。

### 合规与日常事务
- 配合公司完成行业合规资料整理、日常检查资料准备；完成日常监管报告、报表的报送及日常监管沟通。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，行政管理、汉语言、文秘、人力资源、工商管理等相关专业优先，有金融、保险、经纪公司内勤经验者优先。
- 年龄22–35岁，熟练使用办公软件，能够独立报告撰写、完成文档排版、表格制作、数据统计、台账整理。
- 做事细致耐心、条理清晰、责任心强，具备较强的执行力和统筹能力，擅长多任务并行处理。
- 谈吐得体、待人礼貌，有良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和团队协作意识。
- 工作严谨踏实，保密意识强，能严格保管公司客户资料、合同及内部文件。
