岗位职责 1 负责个人渠道拓展、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩指标品质 2 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通 3 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护 4 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等 任职资格 教育程度 本科及以上学历 相关经验 1、 金融类专业学习经验， 2、 有1-2年业务经验的优先考虑。 专业能力 市场营销、电子商务、保险等相关专业 核心能力 思维敏捷、沟通能力强
