## Job description

岗位职责

### 公文与报告撰写
- 负责起草、审核、修订及归档公司各类正式文件、通知、公告等；协助撰写各类工作报告、申报文件等；负责公司重要会议及外部接待等纪要工作。

### 会议及活动组织
- 负责组织和承办公司大型会议活动，策划并组织各类员工服务活动等；

### 专项行政工作运营
- 负责政府关系对接与维护，公司公务接待管理，职场运维管理等工作。 任职资格 1.3年以上行政相关经验； 2.逻辑思维清晰，精通各类公文写作文种，具备较强的文字驾驭能力； 3.能高效协同内外部资源，具备大型活动组织经验及公务接待经验，精通商务礼仪；
- 抗压能力强，能适应快节奏的工作状态，有创新意识，愿意接受挑战；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，细致耐心，执行力强，有突发事件处理及应变能力。
