## Job description

岗位职责
- 在遵守合规和风险管理要求的前提下，专职负责普惠金融业务开拓和维护；
- 负责普惠产品销售，业务拓展、客户经营和交叉销售；
- 促进业绩目标达成。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，金融、会计、统计、管理或相关专业优先录取；
- 具备银行或金融行业一线销售经验，熟悉银行信贷业务和普惠金融业务；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力、团队协作意识与态度；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
