## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责省内商用车重卡标准化服务团队的建立、补充、发展和培养；
- 全面负责省内的经营情况，核算成本收益，提高盈利水平，控制风险；
- 带领团队对所辖省内重点厂商渠道拓展维护，建立良好合作关系；
- 按照部门下发的年度目标，结合所辖区域内的实际情况，将年度目标进行分解，并制定出详细、可执行的方案，报备团队和事业部；同时针对团队的实际情况有效指导、激励、监督团队成员完成各自年度任务指标；
- 监控、分析竞争对手的业务计划和市场策略，负责汇总区域内各合作面对业务的需求、建议等，提出产品创新及业务相关意见，定期向总部提供区域内市场分析报告；
- 确保服务、行为标准化，遵守平安制度和文化，保证区域内各团队正常运营；
- 领导交办的其它事项。 任职资格
- 三年以上的商用车重卡金融行业，融资租赁公司、厂商销售公司、汽车金融公司、银行销售等工作背景；
- 本科及以上学历（汽车、市场营销、金融、管理、物流等专业优先）；
- 具有较强的客户需求分析判断能力和独立解决客户问题能力，能够通过全面的客户关系管理，培养、建立客户的忠诚度；
- 具有较强的自我管理能力、沟通能力、抗压能力、团队协调与合作能力；
- 能适应长期出差的工作状态
