## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据总分行考核要求，负责落实分行相关产品业务发展规划，达成相关产品的经营指标。
- 负责产品业务培训及宣导工作，制定业务营销方案，并推动业务的实施落地。
- 熟悉相关产品业务领域监管政策及法律法规，负责监测相关产品的运行情况，做好风险防控和案件防范工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具有3年以上相关工作经验，有产品经理相关工作经验者优先。
- 具备较强的沟通、协调、执行能力，具备良好的市场营销研判能力，具有敏锐的发现问题、解决问题能力。
- 具备良好的职业道德，诚实守信，严格遵守银行业法律法规，无违规违纪及不良从业记录。
