## Job description

岗位职责 业务开拓—

### 业务机会拓展
- 根据部门的的业务方向，负责商务拓展及谈判，开拓新的业务机会。

### 合作伙伴拓展
- 负责开拓和对接公司内部及外部合作伙伴，与合作伙伴共同探讨社商产品推广合作、平台合作、大数据合作等创新业务，并推动双方合作业务落地。

### 项目推进
- 根据部门业务方向，负责保险项目统筹推进及内部运营工作，并与相关职能部门，如核保、、法务、契约、理赔等团队紧密合作。
- 参与梳理行业及市场现状，根据行业情况，提出部门业务发展方向建议。

### 客户经营— 1、维护与政府机构、事业单位、公益组织等客户的关系，提升客户满意度 2、续保方案制定、追踪、达成 任职资格 招聘要求
- 本科及其以上学历，保险、金融学、市场营销、法律、公共管理、工商管理等相关专业
- 能够独立进行对外谈判和合作沟通，整合商务方案深入拓展业务关系
- 五年以上政府合作保险业务销售、管理或政府相关单位工作经历，有政府业务现有商机者优先
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力、逻辑分析能力，有丰富的跨团队、部门的项目资源整合能力。
- 目标导向意识和责任心强，较强的突发事件应急处理能力及抗压能力。
