## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责机构条线的业务管理、经营分析、数据统筹；
- 负责机构销售队伍基本法、考核、胜任评估等；
- 负责机构班子KPI、考核、奖金方案、过程管理等；
- 负责机构各类激励方案、资源投放、费用管理等；
- 梳理并整合机构各类业务流程审批链路；
- 协助企康业务部总经理参与企康相关工作推动； 任职资格
- 熟悉平安相关子公司业务形态、现状；
- 曾任职销售管理、业务推动、经营分析类工作；
- 具备总分业务对接、队伍管理经验；
- 有企康、商保相关经验加分。
