## Job description

岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责医养健康管理相关培训整体规划与体系搭建，牵头健管师、照护师重点培训项目的设计与全流程运营，指导下属医院培训工作开展。
- 协同市场、产品等部门优化培训课程，推动课程内化、知识沉淀与跨机构复制。
- 围绕产品搭建并落地专项培训体系，提升相关人员专业素养。
- 对接外部医疗机构、行业协会等优质教育资源，拓展培训合作渠道，丰富培训体系内容与形式。
- 构建并优化健康师、康复师及相关服务人员的评估体系，开展常态化能力评估与绩效考核，输出优化建议。 任职资格 岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历，护理学、健康服务与管理等相关专业。 2.5 年及以上医疗服务培训工作经验，熟悉医院管理相关内容，具备医院临床或管理相关背景。 3.有国内知名医疗机构或医疗课程开发机构工作经历者优先。 具备高工作标准意识，拥有优秀的沟通协调能力、执行力与抗压能力，能高效推进培训体系落地。
