## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责产品侧贷中运营管理，动态管理客户额度和定价，提升客户黏性和产品覆盖度，改善客户贷中、续贷产品体验。
- 对产品贷中流程进行优化，如续贷、额度管控、降额、提额、支用场景等；负责建设续贷复借、单笔转循环、调价等流程。
- 制定运营策略，如存客经营策略、潜在流失客户挽留场景策略、细分客群断点经营策略等。
- 建设相关模型，如借贷响应、流失预警及价格敏感度模型等。 任职资格
- 学历要求 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先。
- 工作经验 至少3年以上金融产品管理、贷中管理或相关领域工作经验。具备贷中流程优化、客户运营策略制定或相关模型开发经验者优先。
- 技能要求 熟悉金融产品生命周期管理，能够制定并执行产品运营策略。具备数据清洗、分析能力。具备较强的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能够独立分析问题并提出解决方案。具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作。
- 其他要求 熟悉金融行业相关法规和政策，有客户经营经验或贷中管理经验者优先。工作细致耐心，具备创新意识，抗压能力强。
