## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助向客户销售投资理财类产品，不断提升客户在我行的总资产，促进客户升级；
- 协助做好到店客户基础网点运营服务；
- 协助支行现场客户活动及场外拓展客户活动，积极获客；
- 为支行管理提供合理化建议，提升支行各项业务品质；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格
- 金融/销售/客服从业经验1年及以上，服务营销能力强；
- 良好的语言沟通表达能力；
- 行为举止得体大方，亲和力强，有服务意识和销售特质，责任心强，目标导向。
