## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责个人渠道拓展、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩指标品质
- 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通
- 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护
- 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，有1-3年个人渠道专员工作经验，
- 具备商敏直觉、沟通协作、领悟融会、动手实战的能力。
- 具备责任担当、抗压耐力、勤奋努力的性格。
