## Job description

岗位职责
- 管理资产监控专员完成案件外访及电话沟通，达成绩效指标。
- 定期组织、召开资产监控例会，对专员跟进的所有案件进行梳理、制定沟通方式。
- 对难度较大、情况特殊的案件，拟定方案，并与专员共同访场。
- 定期检查专员的外访情况，抽查案件并随同外访。
- 审核并确定专员提出的处置方案，如涉诉撤押等问题，把控案件风险。
- 审核需要提前委外的案件是否满足申请条件。
- 落实执行公司各项政策和制度，防范各类风险。 任职资格 本科以上学历，有3-5年资产监控经理工作经验。
