## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹规划团体业务目标，负责团体业务渠道保费达成；
- 对团体业务的各项经营指标达成负责；
- 负责团体业务渠道的团队管理，教练辅导，日常管理；
- 上级主管安排的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，在保险行业有5-10年团体业务工作经验，有大型保险公司任职经历优先。
- 懂团体业务，有团体客户资源；
- 有业务团队管理经验。
