## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责本外币信用债、利率债及利率衍生品交易，以及信用债做市交易。
- 研发和执行本外币各品类信用类券种的交易策略、对冲策略及报价策略。
- 为机构客户提供信用债报价及交易服务。 任职资格
- 国内外院校相关专业硕士或以上学历。
- 有较强的数学、统计和概率专业能力以及数据分析能力，能熟练运用AI工具者优先。
- 对交易有持续的热情，对市场有敏锐的洞察力；善于总结规律，热爱独立思考，善于发散思维，深入探索研究；踏实勤奋，注重细节，抗压能力强。
