## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定销售计划及量化销售目标，定期阶段性分析及总结、保障销售目标的完成
- 含招聘、培训、激励、合规教育、考核评定，以及协助下属员工完成下达的任务指标。
- 对相关流程及执行情况进行检查和督导，保证销售中心业务平稳发展，防范各项风险；
- 执行公司各项规章制度，负责下属的合规工作，妥当处理客户投诉事件，以及接待客户的来访。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.4年以上金融从业经历，其中2年以上营销管理工作经验 3.具有丰富的信贷知识、企业财务及管理知识、宏观经济知识 4.较强的市场开拓能力、丰富的营销团队管理能力、良好的沟通能力
