## Job description

岗位职责 向中小微客群提供全生命周期的服务，通过数字化赋能，场景化经营，综合化协同提升客户价值，贡献经营业绩。
- 运用平安银行智慧对公系统、赢家等作为技术支持；以企业微信、AI机器人等作为经营手段。提升客群管理效率；
- 拓展市场，梳理、迭代批量获客渠道平台，完善针对专业市场、特定行业等客户集群的销售打法，通过财资管理、现金管理等产品解决客户需求。
- 通过内外部协同，串联商机，共同服务，落实综合化经营，夯实客户基础。承担客户经营责任，防范主体风险和业务风险，落实反洗钱、反恐怖融资等风险防控要求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、数学、IT等相关专业优先；
- 具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，有较强的事业心和进取精神，无不良记录；
- 有相关行业工作经验或科技背景优先；
- 优秀的业务拓展能力和沟通能力，工作积极主动、责任心和抗压能力强，团队协作意识强。
