## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责管理公司投诉，协调各业务部门和职能部门解决客诉，对接属地监管机构（如工商、消保），协同处理公司投诉。
- 负责对公司客诉情况进行分析，实施降低客诉的举措，并跟踪和督导改善情况，确保降低重复和新增客诉。同时对于客诉管理制度进行修订和优化。
- 负责客户的体验管理，开展满意度和NPS调研，收集客户的声音、反馈客户的想法、推动和协调产品研发、销售等团队合作，推动产品迭代优化，共同提升产品和服务竞争力，帮助客户成功。
- 推动SaaS客户的留存、续约、续费、增购，提升客户对公司产品的粘性。
- 领导交办的其他事宜。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，至少3年以上客户成功工作经验，具有B端或SaaS客户服务经验尤佳，有技术服务背景优先。
- 对业务具备良好的敏感度，有自己的理解，思考和沉淀。
- 具备良好的服务意识，较强的责任心和执行力，富有工作热情和团队意识。
- 逻辑性强，文字功底佳，具备优秀的ppt展现和表达能力。
- 善于组织和协调、沟通、为人热情、团队精神良好。
