## Job description

岗位职责
- 对接内部渠道健康险商机的需求沟通，并提供售前解决方案；
- 支持内部渠道健康险业务招投标、业务方案确认及合同签署；
- 跟进内部渠道健康险业务项目交付，并提供属地客户运营支持;
- 完成内部渠道健康险业务的系统落单、开票回款、渠道业务费用结算对账，及售后问题响应。

### 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，健康管理、市场营销、工商管理、医学相关专业优先； 2、5年以上健康管理、保险、医疗健康或相关领域工作经验； 3、有央国企客户资源或服务经验者优先； 4、熟悉招投标流程，有独立承接2000万以上央国企项目服务经验者优先； 5、专业技能

熟悉健康管理行业及央国企客户需求，具备较强的市场洞察力和商务谈判能力；具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门协作推动项目落地； 6、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备一定方案创作能力； 7、具有较强的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；具备团队合作精神，责任心强，积极主动；有较强的资源整合能力和市场开拓意识。
