## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过数据分析分行银保业务经营情况，为支行提供结果指标与过程指标数据分析支持；
- 协助开展银保业务各项推动工作，包括培训组织、营销活动、会议经营等；
- 负责一线银保销售的品质管理，确保分行银保业务合规经营。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有1-3年银保业务相关工作经验或举办创说会经验优先；
- 具备统筹协调、沟通管理能力，具有较强抗压能力；
- 具有较强的数据处理能力，能熟练使用各类办公软件；
- 无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
