## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银行网点的长期管理、定期拜访，并做好经营与维护；
- 为客户经理提供产品信息和业务办理规则的讲解和协助；
- 服务带动销售，完成公司要求的综合金融目标； 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年银行业务专员工作经验； 2.35周岁以下,2年以上银行同业贷款业务相关工作经验； 3.具备良好的客户服务意识和沟通技巧，善于挖掘客户需求 4.性格开朗，乐观积极，追求成长，善于学习，乐于协同 5.能够高效率、高质量的完成本岗位的工作内容，能够较好的完成领导交办的各项工作。
